My favorite Graphic Resources Online
When it comes down to adding graphics to my website, there are a few resources that I always turn to.
When adding pictures, iStockPhoto.com is my favorite place. Yes, you have to pay for the images, but the quality of pictures at iStockPhoto is well beyond any of the free ware out there. They also have a very comprehensive search engine that will allow you to target the type of picture that you want to use, saving you time.

For little bits and pieces of graphical content, I like DeviantArt.com. There, you can find an infinite amount of photoshop brushes, vector files, and illustrator symbols. Just be courteous and read the individual art’s terms of use. Most of them just want you to show them what you have done with their artwork, others will give you licensing on a per case basis.

Adobe Exchange is yet another great source for brushes, vectors, and actions. Anything you might need for your adobe products can be found here.

I mentioned Smashing Magazine in the CSS resources, but it also deserves a mention here in the graphics forum. This website is full of free brushes, symbols, and textures as well as hundreds of collections of amazing tutorials. I check this website often and bookmark the tutorials that I would some day like to get to. Its a really great source for ANYTHING graphics and web.

Nice resources, all of which I have used. A few other great ones include Stock.xchng (http://www.sxc.hu/index.phtml) and Free Range Stock Photos (http://freerangestock.com/)
