Call ME!

So I am testing out a new service that I want to add to my wonderful little blog.

Its a one day call pass!

The idea behind this is, even though I try to make my tutorials as easy to understand as possible, when you are new to the web design world, things can get overwhelming and eventually the text on the screen turns into little seething serpents plotting against you.

When that happens, don’t you wish that there was a Web Design Customer Service Hotline??

Well, there is now!! If you are having an issue with ANYONE on your website, blog, e-commerce store.. Or even if you just want to chat, CALL ME.

This is not a free service though. I will charge based on the hours I spend talking to you.

$25 for 1 Hour
$50 for 3 Hours
$75 for 5 Hours
$100 for an entire day worth of calls (12 hours)

What you will have to do if you want to use this service is send me an email through my contact form HERE and tell me which rate you want and what your problem is. I will decide if I can help you, and then send you a paypal bill to your e-mail address. As soon as that is paid, you will get another email with my phone number in it in which you can call and ask for help on the items in your email. If we finish early, and you still have some time left, you can use me for another problem, but there is no guarantee that I can answer your second question.

Also, I will not take advantage of you. If you email me with your question, and it seems to me that it’s a very basic thing that you and I can work through in under an hour, but you purchased 5 hours, I will send you a paypal bill for only 1 hour and exlplain to you why.

And the hourly rate is not based on actual ON THE PHONE TIME. Sometimes you will need to call me, have me walk you through something, then hang up and get done what you need to get done, and then call me back if something goes wrong.

Anything over 1 hour is best used on things like installing an oscommerce contribution, or teaching yourself a new type of coding.

So again, this is all very experimental, but I would really like some feedback on this, so I have enabled comments on this page!! PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!!!!
